Aarsha Vidya Samajam call upon committed and compassionate individuals who wish to actively contribute to bringing Aarsha Vidya Samajam’s mission of Seva (service), Shaktikaran (empowerment), and Samrakshan (protection) to the very roots of society.
- Full-time workers – ready to dedicate their life and energy to the cause
- Part-time workers – ready to contribute meaningfully alongside studies or work
A) Full-time workers
Full-time commitment will be given priority.
Applications from those willing to serve part-time are also welcome.
Please clearly mention your preference (full-time or part-time) in your message or in the Google Form.
Anyone between 18 and 60 years of age can apply, regardless of gender.
Training
All selected candidates will undergo one month of structured, expert-led training.
The training sessions will currently be conducted in Hindi, English, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Leave will not be permitted during the training period.
Food, accommodation, and all work-related travel will be provided at no cost.
Appointment
Only candidates who display outstanding discipline, dedication, and performance in the training-linked evaluations and assessments will be appointed.
Appointed members will receive a dignified service-based remuneration (dakshina / honorarium), made possible through the goodwill and cooperation of well-wishers.
Basic Eligibility Criteria for Full-Time Applicants:
B) Part-time workers
Part-time workers who wish to serve Sanatana Dharma from home are also warmly welcome.
We invite individuals who are interested in contributing to the activities of Aarsha Vidya Samajam based on their available time and convenience – including working professionals, retired individuals, students, and homemakers.
There is no age limit for part-time participation.
Responsibilities will be assigned in a manner that allows them to be fulfilled from home or from the place of work, based on one’s available time and convenience.
Appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the terms and guidelines set by Aarsha Vidya Samajam.
