The team of Aarsha Vidya Samajam watched three movies in theaters this week, that highlight the issues that are of national security;<\/div>

Razakar – Silent Genocide of Hyderabad<\/div><\/div>
These movies have been released at a time when the nation is gearing up for a decisive election. Kudos to the Producers, Directors, Scriptwriters, crew, and actors of these movies.<\/div><\/div>

This movie beautifully portrays the intelligent steps taken by the central government to create a \u2018massacre-free Kashmir\u2019, the meticulous preparations preceding the signing of the decision to abrogate Article 35(A), Article 370 by the then Honourable President Ramnath Kovind ji on 5th August 2019, and the presentation in the Rajya Sabha. It accurately depicts the struggles and sacrifices of our brave soldiers.<\/div><\/div>
Shri Narendra Modi ji has taken a historic step to retain Jammu & Kashmir as an integral part of Bharat. It shattered the ego and misconception of many who thought that this infamous article that isolates Kashmiris from the national mainstream can never be altered.<\/div><\/div>
Until then political leaders were citing & fearing war threats from countries like China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan (Taliban), mass killings by Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad, the strong presence of local Jihadi organizations within Kashmir and other states, decisions of the United Nations, eye-rolling by world superpowers, and stone pelting by brainwashed youth in Kashmir. But our strong-willed leaders have reversed the distorted policies that did not value the lives and property of our innocent citizens.<\/div><\/div>
The common people were also worried that there would be bloodshed as a repercussion to abrogation of Article 370. But this long time pending dream of the nationalists was realized by people with nerves of steel swiftly, literally in the blink of an eye! Not a single life was lost!<\/div><\/div>
The way the lack of majority in the Rajya Sabha, the pseudo-secular parties upholding Jihadi narratives, the media which is hurt only when terrorists are attacked, and the officials who are secret agents, were handled are other wonders.<\/div><\/div>
Even those who were staunchly opposed to this decision of the NDA can now easily travel to and conduct business in Jammu & Kashmir without fearing for their lives.<\/div><\/div>
Our Kashmir, that is the crown of Bharat, and described as heaven on earth, has once again become a pleasant state. The thorny issue of Kashmir, which has plagued the nation since independence, has largely been resolved.<\/div><\/div>
Among the people who strived for these golden moments are countless great people, some of whom we know and many we do not know. My heartfelt bow to all those Mahatmas (great souls).Those who watch the movie Article 370 will surely have increased respect and love for these Karma Yogis.<\/div><\/div>
Razakar – The Silent Genocide of Hyderabad<\/div>

The film depicts the true story of the Hindu genocide that took place in the state of Hyderabad following the partition. The movie overcame stiff opposition from the government and terrorist organizations and was released on 15th March 2024.<\/div><\/div>
The movie-makers have tried their best to incorporate as many tragic events that occurred in various places, in the duration of the movie, while ensuring to present them without diluting their gravity. The movie is available in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Marathi languages.<\/div><\/div>
At the time of partition of Bharat, the Nizam of Hyderabad chose to remain an independent Muslim state without joining either Bharat or Pakistan. The Nizam was the heir to enormous wealth that was earned by exploiting the people. This Sultan was so wealthy that he sent an aid of Rs 20 crores to Pakistan!<\/div><\/div>
He wanted to establish \u2018Turkistan\u2019 in the Deccan region. But, more than 80% of the population then were Hindus. The Nizam appointed religious police called Razakars to forcibly convert them. The armed Razakars, backed by the Nizam\u2019s police and district authorities, carried out a very brutal genocide in Hyderabad. This was followed by Operation Polo by the Indian army. The then Home Minister of Bharat, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, and KM Munshi took this initiative. The movie truthfully portrays the exploitation by the Nizam, the atrocities committed by the Razakar forces, and the resistance by the people.<\/div><\/div>
Although the Nizam\u2019s army had only 24,000 men, the Razakar force had 2 lakh men under the command of Qasim Razvi, the leader of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen. On 9th June 1948, Qasim Razvi publicly announced that he would fly the Asaf Jahi dynasty flag from the battlements of the Red Fort. On 25th August, the Razakars went on a rampage again in Secunderabad – mass killing of Hindus, religious conversions, rapes, widespread destruction and burning of houses and shops! Many temples were converted into mosques, and Sardar Patel had to publicly say that Hyderabad is India\u2019s \u2018cancer in the belly\u2019.<\/div><\/div>
Razvi and the Nizam gave a fiery threat that if Bharat sends troops to Hyderabad, they will find nothing but the \u2018bones and ashes of one and a half crore Hindus of Hyderabad\u2019. The Government of Bharat and Hyderabad signed a temporary agreement to maintain the status quo, but nothing came of it. Violating the agreement, the Nizam mobilized arms from abroad, and started efforts for new airports. He gave Rs 20 crores to Pakistan and instigated them to attack Bharat. Muslims from other parts of Bharat were brought to Hyderabad and settled there. Hindus were forcibly converted into Islam. Qasim Razvi roared \u201cQuran is in one hand and the sword is in the other, let us march forward\u201d and reminded the Muslims to \u201cNever put back your sword into the sheath till your object is achieved\u201d. (That is until Islamic rule is established in the country.) Razvi declared \u201cRemember that there are four-and-a-half crores of Muslims in the Dominion, looking to us to raise the banner of this Islamic State\u201d and that the day is not far when \u201cthe waters of the Bay of Bengal would wash the Nizam\u2019s feet. \u201d<\/div><\/div>
All this is shown accurately in the movie.<\/div><\/div>
In the third week of July 1948, the Razakars unleashed violence yet again. Looting, burning, killing, rapes, were rampant once again. Patel decided that it was time to send in the Indian troops. Major General JN Chaudhuri was assigned the responsibility. Pandit Nehru and Army Commander-in-Chief Roy Bucher tried hard to delay military action. \u201cThere is a possibility of Pakistan bombing Bombay and Ahmedabad\u201d, they warned. But Patel was firm on his decision.<\/div><\/div>
On 13th September 1948, \u2018Operation Polo \u2018 by the Indian military began. Hyderabad\u2019s resistance was brought under control in 108 hours. One can\u2019t help but bow at the nationalist vision of Sardar Patel and KM Munshi, when he thinks about what Bharat would have been if Pakistan-backed Turkistan had come into existence in Hyderabad.<\/div><\/div>
This movie is an earnest depiction of the history of the freedom struggle. It is also a movie that describes the biggest Hindu genocide that took place after the Independence of Bharat.<\/div><\/div>
Patriots should stand united in supporting the brave efforts of these filmmakers in bringing hidden historical truths to the people. There are Breaking India forces that try to subvert history and the present active even today, both hidden and overt. When you search \u2018Hyderabad Genocide\u2019 on Wikipedia, many results mislead us by describing it as a \u2018Muslim Genocide\u2019. The Social Media misinformation propagated by a certain section of people from Bharath itself portray Hindus and Indians who have been subject to indescribable miseries, as the perpetrators! (We have witnessed how the cruel 1921 Mappila Riots in Malabar region of Kerala were interpreted as a freedom struggle.) Misconceptions about the Naxal and Kashmir issues are widespread.<\/div><\/div>
In this context, all nation-loving people must be prepared to give maximum publicity to these three movies. The influence of movies on people’s minds is beyond our imagination. But the condition of these films in theaters in Kerala is pathetic now. Many of them haven\u2019t even heard of these movies yet. Remember whose interest it is to fail these movies that strengthen India\u2019s integrity and stability! Don\u2019t let what happened with the Malayalam movie \u2018Puzha Muthal Puzha Vare\u2019 by Ramasimhan ji happen with these movies! The timely intervention of well-meaning patriots saved the movie at least to a little extent! The publicity given to Kashmir Files and The Kerala Story must be given to these three movies too. For very long, no one came forward to shed light on the historical and current realities. Now, some of them have courageously come forward. Don\u2019t isolate and break their morale.<\/div><\/div>
All individuals and organizations must take the initiative to promote such movies in a systematic manner. At the least, any organizational leader can instruct that all of their workers must watch the movie in the theaters. The organizational workers will have an enhanced sense of history and current-day happenings. Alongside, those who can must sponsor tickets in theaters and encourage people to watch them. It is humbly requested that the Hindu organizations, community leadership and organized societies must wake up and act before these films go out of theaters.<\/div><\/div>
Many people ask why Kerala isn\u2019t thinking outside its conventions. This extreme indifference is the very reason why. The excuse that people are busy with election campaigns is not acceptable. The 75th anniversary of the Hyderabad annexation was commemorated on 17th September 2023 , in the midst of controversies. This is also one of the key issues in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The abrogation of Article 370 and suppression of Naxal terrorism are decisions that have made us proud. These are also election-related issues. Remember that this is a time when we are being misled by people with false narratives using various strategies. We have to realize that the steps taken to promote these movies that intensify national sentiments are not only ideological education, but also election campaigns. Who else must come forward to promote these movies but us who love Bharat like our own mother?! I only pray that Shri Parameswara gives us the wisdom not to repeat the mistakes of the previous generations.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
