R. Manoj Ji Maharaj, the founder of Aarsha Vidya Samajam, is a disciple of Pujya Gurudev Shrimali Ji, who played an unparalleled role in nurturing and reviving the Para and Apara Vidyas that had survived in our scriptures largely as subtle indications. Aacharya Ji was also blessed to receive Shaktipat Diksha directly from his revered Guru.

Born as Narayan Dutt Shrimali on 21 April 1933 in a traditional Brahmin family in a village near Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to Pandit Multan Chand Shrimali and Roopa Devi, he later became the revered Swami Nikhileshwarananda Paramahamsa, and a Maha Rishi in the 20th century!

Although Shrimali Ji married Bhagavati Devi at a young age, his mind remained deeply absorbed in the pursuit of spiritual knowledge and science. He was determined to master the profound sciences that had long remained inaccessible to ordinary people!

Questions such as, “Are the extraordinary sciences described in the ancient Indian scriptures truly real?” and “Where can they be learned authentically?” constantly occupied his mind. Driven by an unyielding quest for Truth, he left home and eventually embraced the life of a Sanyasi.

He travelled extensively in search of different Gurus. Many whom he encountered proved to be impostors, while others subjected him to severe hardships and harsh discipline. Yet, after enduring countless trials and immense suffering, he finally found genuine spiritual masters under whose guidance he acquired the sacred knowledge he had sought with unwavering determination!

Upon becoming a disciple of Pujya Sadguru Swami Sachchidananda Paramahamsa, the Pramacharya of Siddhashram, the revered Rishi Mandala, Shrimali Ji attained complete spiritual and esoteric knowledge. After twenty years of intense tapas, he reached the pinnacle of his spiritual attainment. Thereafter, in accordance with the special command of his revered Guru, Swami Sachchidananda Paramahamsa, he returned home to lead the life as a Grihasthashrami. After returning, he also served as a Hindi teacher. Shrimali Ji and Bhagavati Devi were blessed with three sons: Nand Kishore Shrimali, Kailash Chandra Shrimali, and Aravind Shrimali.

Shrimali Ji was one of the great sages of the twentieth century who revived India’s forgotten spiritual and scientific heritage. Through rigorous research and profound tapas, he restored and systematized the existing streams of knowledge into complete and authentic sciences.

Gurudev’s life was dedicated to revitalizing India’s cultural and scientific legacy, the educational traditions of Sanatana Dharma, and its profound esoteric sciences. He worked tirelessly to make these once-obscure branches of knowledge accessible to the wider public, including Kriya Kundalini Yoga (popularly known as Kriya Yoga), Sammohan Vigyan (Indian Hypnotism), Mantra–Tantra–Yantra Vigyan, Palmistry, Astrology, Numerology, Prana Vidya, Parad Vijnan, Swarna Tantra, Ayurveda, Surya Vijnan, and many other sacred sciences.

In 1981, Shrimali Ji founded the magazine “Mantra–Tantra–Yantra Vigyan”. He also established the Siddhashram Sadhak Parivar. Deeply committed to the welfare of sincere seekers, he dedicated himself to making the divine sciences which were long rendered inaccessible to ordinary people due to ignorance and misunderstanding, available in their authentic form to all who sought them with sincerity.

Shrimali Ji served as the President of the World Astrology Conference, an international organization representing participants from numerous countries. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he received the titles “Tantra Shiromani” in 1987 and “Mantra Shiromani” in 1988.

In 1982, he was honoured with the title “Mahamahopadhyaya” by the Vice President of India, Dr. B. D. Jatti. In 1989, the Vice President of India, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, conferred upon him the prestigious “Samaj Shiromani” Award. In 1991, he was honoured by the Prime Minister of Nepal, Bhattarai, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to society and spirituality.

Shrimali Ji authored numerous books in both English and Hindi, including Meditation, Power of Tantra, Practical Hypnotism, Practical Palmistry, Essence of Shaktipat, Ten Mahavidyas, Gopaniya Durlabh Mantrom Ke Rahsya, Himalaya Ke Yogiyon Ki Siddhian, Shishyopanishad, Durlabhopanishad, and many others.

On this sacred Mahasamadhi Day, we offer our countless Pranamas at the holy lotus feet of our revered Paramaguru, Pujya Gurudev Swami Nikhileshwarananda Paramahamsa (Shrimali Ji), who attained Mahasamadhi on 3 July 1998.

<div dir="auto" style="font-family: "Segoe UI Historic", "Segoe UI", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
